This policy explains what GrowthPal, Inc. ("GrowthPal", "we") collects on growthpal.io, why, and what we do with it. We wrote it in plain language on purpose.
Information you give us. When you request the free GTM plan, subscribe to the newsletter, or contact us, we collect what you type: your name, work email, company website and the information in the form. Free-plan applications also ask whether you sell B2B, your customer value, market size, 90-day budget, start timeline and how you heard about us. We keep your answers and email confirmation to process your application.
Information collected automatically. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). If we run analytics, it measures page views and clicks in aggregate. We do not use tracking pixels in our own cold emails, and we extend the same courtesy here: no invasive fingerprinting, no data brokers.
Free-plan delivery. BounceBan checks whether your work email can receive messages when you leave the email field, before you complete the application. We temporarily store this check for up to 24 hours to avoid repeated validation. An email check alone does not start research or subscribe you to updates. Resend sends your email confirmation and completed plan. Our research app on Fly.io processes qualified applications and creates your plan in Google Docs. If you choose to receive GrowthPal updates, we add your confirmed email to Kit. You can unsubscribe from those emails without affecting your plan.
When we run outbound campaigns for clients, prospect data lives in the client's own accounts and systems. That separation is part of how we build every engagement. This website policy covers growthpal.io; engagement data handling is covered by each client's service agreement and, where applicable, a signed DPA.
Wherever you are, and specifically if GDPR or similar laws apply to you, you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, export it, or delete it. Email prabesh@growthpal.io and we'll handle it within 30 days, usually much faster.
The site works without marketing cookies. Functional storage (like remembering a form you started) stays on your device and never leaves it.
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. We don't do silent edits.
