These terms cover your use of growthpal.io. Service engagements, the actual outbound work we do for clients, are governed by individually signed service agreements.
The content on this site is provided for information. You're welcome to read it, share links to it, and quote it with attribution. Don't scrape it into a product, republish it wholesale, or pass it off as your own.
The free plan is real work delivered free of charge, with no obligation on either side. Requesting one doesn't create a service engagement, and we may decline to produce one where the fit isn't there (for example, markets under our stated size threshold), if so, we'll tell you rather than go quiet.
Statistics on this site (reply rates, lead counts, campaign results) are real results from real engagements, shown with unedited screenshots wherever possible. They are evidence of what has happened, not a promise of what will happen for any specific market. Anyone who guarantees specific outbound numbers is lying, including to you; we say the same thing here that we say on sales calls.
The GrowthPal name, logo, and site content belong to GrowthPal, Inc. Client logos and testimonials appear with permission and belong to their owners.
The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthPal is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, where GrowthPal, Inc. is registered.
