Last reviewed:

This page covers the images on growthpal.io: campaign screenshots, reply screenshots, logos and photographs. It sits alongside the Terms of Use, which governs the site as a whole. Where the two touch the same point they say the same thing. If they ever disagree, the Terms of Use wins.

Who owns the images on this site

Inferno Media, LLC, trading as GrowthPal, owns the campaign screenshots, the reply screenshots and the GrowthPal brand marks. GrowthPal ran the campaigns those screenshots come from and captured the images directly from the sending platform. Third-party logos are a separate case and are covered below: GrowthPal does not own them and does not claim to.

May you reuse these images?

No. All rights are reserved and no image on growthpal.io is offered for license. You are welcome to link to a page that contains an image, and to quote the page with attribution, exactly as the Terms of Use allows. You may not copy an image into your own material, republish it, or present it as your own work.

What the campaign screenshots show

The campaign screenshots are unedited dashboards from real client campaigns, captured by GrowthPal from the sending platform GrowthPal used to run them. The figures in them are explained at how the numbers on this site are counted. The interface shown in those screenshots belongs to the platform that made it; GrowthPal's claim covers the campaign data and the way it is presented, not the software.

What the reply screenshots show

The reply screenshots show replies that real people sent to GrowthPal campaigns, with personal details redacted. GrowthPal made the capture. The words inside it belong to whoever wrote them, and GrowthPal claims no copyright over another person's message. That is why these images carry a creator credit and no copyright notice.

Third-party logos and trademarks

Vendor logos, client logos and the company marks in the logo wall belong to their respective owners and appear on this site for identification only. No affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is implied by their presence. GrowthPal asserts no creator, credit, copyright or license over any of them, and publishes no image metadata for them.

What this site deliberately does not publish

Two pieces of image metadata are absent on purpose, and a future editor should leave them absent rather than treat them as an oversight.

FieldWhy it is absent
acquireLicensePage It names a page where an image can be licensed. No GrowthPal image is for license, so no such page exists. Adding one would advertise something the business does not offer.
license, on client proof imagery Supplying it makes an image eligible for Google's Licensable badge, a feature built for stock libraries. Redacted client dashboards do not belong in that surface. The GrowthPal brand mark carries it; the proof screenshots do not.

The full classification, image by image, lives in scripts/image_rights.py in the site's source.

How to ask about using an image

Email prabesh@growthpal.io with the address of the page the image appears on and what you want to use it for. Requests to reuse a client campaign screenshot or a reply screenshot will be declined, because those images are not GrowthPal's alone to license. Requests to use the GrowthPal logo in an article or a directory listing are usually straightforward.
