Book a call with GrowthPal.
- The call is 30 minutes, by web conference. Joining details arrive with the confirmation.
- It is a discovery session on your current GTM system: where the quick wins are and where growth is available.
- GrowthPal replies to every enquiry within one business day.
- You get a fixed quote before you commit to anything. GrowthPal publishes the range, $3,000 to $10,000 per month, but not a fixed price, because scope moves with market size and volume. What moves the price.
Booking opens Calendly in a new context. If you would rather not use it, email prabesh@growthpal.io or use the contact form, and you will get a reply within one business day.
What happens on the call?
The call is a 30-minute discovery session in which GrowthPal reviews your current go-to-market system to identify quick wins and the areas where growth is available. It is a working conversation about your market, your offer and your current outbound, not a slide deck. GrowthPal arrives having read your site, your pricing page and your last three product updates.
How long is the call, and how does it run?
Thirty minutes, by web conference, with the joining details sent on confirmation. Please book only if you can be somewhere quiet for the full thirty minutes: the call is a working session and it does not survive a train platform. If you need longer, say so when you book and GrowthPal will make the time.
Who should book this call?
GrowthPal works best with companies past $3M ARR that have an offer people already buy, a team ready to take sales calls, and a market of roughly 30,000+ reachable contacts. That last number matters: below it there is not enough room to test ten to fifteen message angles and find the one that wins.
Who should not book this call?
GrowthPal publishes this list rather than finding out on the call. Cold email is not for you if any of these is true:
| If this is true | Why it will not work |
|---|---|
| You have decided cold email is spam | The method depends on giving the right person a useful reason to talk. If the premise is rejected, nothing downstream matters. |
| Nobody is free to take the meetings | An interested reply is the start of a conversation. Someone has to pick it up and follow through. |
| You need it working by Friday | The build takes two to four weeks, then testing begins. "Launch Monday, judge Friday" will disappoint you. |
| You want to pay on commission only | Research, infrastructure and writing all happen before the first reply. GrowthPal charges for the build and the ongoing work. |
What should you bring?
Your domain, so GrowthPal can read your site before the call. Your current ARR band, so the scope is realistic. And the name of whoever will take the sales meetings, because the whole system stops there. Nothing needs preparing in writing; a clear answer on those three is enough.
What happens after the call?
If GrowthPal is a fit, you get a fixed quote before you commit to anything. If GrowthPal is not a fit, you will be told on the first call rather than after a proposal. Either way you keep whatever was worked out on the call about your market and your messaging.
Would you rather not book a call?
Start with the free GTM plan instead. It maps your market, writes five messaging angles and five signal plays, and needs no call at all. Many people take the plan first and book a call afterwards, once they have seen how GrowthPal thinks. You can also read how an engagement runs or the documented case studies first.
Frequently asked questions about the call
GrowthPal gets asked five questions more than any others before a call is booked: whether the call is a pitch, why pricing is not published, what happens if you are below the usual threshold, how fast a reply comes through the contact form, and who you will actually be speaking to.
Is the call a sales pitch?
No. It is a 30-minute discovery session about your GTM system. GrowthPal reviews what you are doing now and says where the quick wins are. If there is no fit, you are told on that call rather than after a proposal.
Do you publish your pricing before the call?
GrowthPal publishes the range, not a fixed price. Engagements run $3,000 to $10,000 per month, in US dollars, as of September 30, 2026. Scope moves with market size and sending volume, so where an engagement lands inside that range depends on the build. You get a fixed quote before you commit to anything, after GrowthPal has seen your market.
What if I am not past $3M ARR?
Book anyway if you want a view on your market, but expect an honest answer. GrowthPal works best above roughly $3M ARR with a market of 30,000+ reachable contacts. Below that, precision ABM usually beats volume, and GrowthPal will say so.
How quickly will I hear back if I use the form instead?
Within one business day. The contact form, the free GTM plan and direct email all reach the same people, and email to prabesh@growthpal.io is the fastest route if you do not want to use a scheduling tool.
Who will I be speaking to?
Prabesh Khanal, who founded GrowthPal and runs the message-market fit work on every engagement personally. He has spent five years building outbound for B2B companies, so the call is with an operator rather than a salesperson. You can read more about him and the team.
